Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water. Rinse all fresh produce under cold water and pat dry prior to prepping.
2. In a bowl, prepare Americana sauce by combining mayo, sriracha, minced pepperoncini, ketchup and dill pickle relish. (Note: To make this recipe 100% plant-based, use a plant-based mayo.)
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season burger patties with salt and pepper and cook 2-3 minutes on each side. Add a slice of cheese on top and cover until the cheese has melted. (Note: To make this recipe 100% plant-based, use plant-based cheese.)
4. Lightly toast burger buns and then add a layer of the prepared Americana sauce. Top with lettuce, burger, tomato, onion and dill pickle chips.
