3 medium-sized zucchinis

3½ tablespoons Colavita Premium Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil

— Big Y salt and ground black pepper, to taste

1 (8-ounce) container Cedar’s Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus

— Pita chips and/or a variety of crudites (chopped vegetables) for dipping

DIRECTIONS


1. SLICE zucchini lengthwise to make ¼- to ½-inch strips.
2. BRUSH with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. On medium-high heat, GRILL for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
4. CREATE a spread with hommus, pita chips and crudités.
