2 cups Big Y 2% or whole milk

½ cup pumpkin puree

¼ cup Big Y sugar

1 Tbsp. Big Y pure vanilla extract

¼ tsp. Big Y ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp. ground cloves

1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

1 cup espresso or strong coffee, hot

-whipped cream, for serving

DIRECTIONS

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, pumpkin puree and sugar; cook for 6 minutes or until hot but do not boil. Remove saucepan from heat and add vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, whisking vigorously until milk mixture is foamy, about 30 seconds. Evenly divide espresso or coffee between two mugs and add foamed milk. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
