Add All Ingredients

1 10-lb. Carando bone-in spiral cut ham

1 cup Trappist Preserves red currant jelly

¼ cup Blue Heron Farm pure maple syrup

¼ cup bourbon

2 Tbsp. whole-grain Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1 Tbsp. Big Y brown sugar

¼ tsp. ground ginger

¼ tsp. garlic powder

-sea salt and black pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Place ham on its side in a roasting pan; set aside. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together jelly, syrup, bourbon, mustard, lemon juice, brown sugar, ginger, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. 3. Brush half the jelly mixture over ham, gently separating the slices so mixture can reach middle of ham; cover loosely with foil. 4. Bake for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with pan drippings. Remove foil and brush with remaining jelly mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with foil and let sit for 15 minutes before carving.
