3 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. lime juice

20 yellow or white corn tortillas

2 tsp. sea salt

-Big Y no-stick cooking spray


1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In a small bowl, combine oil and lime juice. 3. Lightly brush each tortilla with lime/oil mixture and sprinkle with a little sea salt; cut into wedges. 4. Place on baking sheets, lightly coated with cooking spray and bake for 6 minutes. Rotate pan and bake for 6 minutes or until tortillas are crisp, but not too brown; remove from oven and let cool.
