Add All Ingredients

2 cups Big Y light mayonnaise

1 cup Big Y shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup Big Y shredded Monterey Jack cheese

4 tsp. onion, minced

1 tsp. dried dill

¼ tsp. Big Y salt

¼ tsp. lemon pepper seasoning

2 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 box Nabisco Triscuit crackers

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Serve warm Triscuit crackers.
