Add All Ingredients

1 tablespoon Big Y® butter

1 tablespoon Big Y light brown sugar

¼ teaspoon Big Y ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon Big Y ground cloves

1/8 teaspoon Big Y ground nutmeg

1/3 cup Big Y apple juice

1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, chopped

1/3 cup California Walnuts, coarsely chopped

1 package Athens® Mini Fillo Shells (1.9-ounce)

DIRECTIONS


1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
2. MELT butter in a medium saucepan with brown sugar and spices.
3. ADD apple juice and apple. Cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes or until apple is very soft and juice has cooked off. Stir frequently.
4. STIR in walnuts and spoon mixture into fillo shells.
5. PLACE on a small baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Cool and serve.
