-Food Club non-stick cooking spray

3 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled

1 stick Food Club salted butter

1/2 cup Food Club brown sugar, firmly packed

1 teaspoon Full Circle Market Organic ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon Full Circle Market Organic ground nutmeg

½ teaspoon Food Club salt

1 cup whole pecans

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a large baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.

Step 2: Wash hands with soap and water.

Step 3: Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.

Step 4: Slice sweet potatoes into ¼-inch slices.

Step 5: In a large, heavy skillet over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, add sliced sweet potatoes.

Step 6: In a medium bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

Step 7: Cover sweet potatoes with sugar mixture and stir. Cover skillet, reduce heat to low and cook for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender but a little hard around the edges and sauce is dark in color, making sure to stir occasionally during the cooking.

Step 8: During last 15 minutes of cooking, add pecans.
