  1. Wash hands with soap and water.

  2. Rinse fresh produce.

  3. Using the back of a spoon or an angled frosting spreader, smear truffle butter around a 12x7 wooden board to form soft peaks and little valleys. Be sure to leave about 3 inches around the edge of the board.

  4. Place hummus in center of butter. Place olives, tomatoes, pine nuts, cheese and basil around hummus. Sprinkle with sea salt and garnish with roasted garlic bulbs.

  5. Serve with crostini, lavash crackers, crispy breadsticks, bell pepper chunks and cucumber slices.
