  1. Wash hands with soap and water.

  2. Rinse fresh produce.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt and almond extract until combined.

  4. In another small bowl, toss banana slices with lemon juice.

  5. Place 3 tablespoons granola in the bottom of a 4-ounce glass or jar. Add banana, 1/4 cup yogurt, kiwi, 1/4 cup yogurt and more kiwi. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired. Repeat 3 more times.

  6. Seal and refrigerate until ready to eat.
