Ingredients

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Place half of the mixture in a shallow dish and add salmon, skin side up. Cover, place on the bottom shelf in the refrigerator and marinate for 30 minutes. Wash hands after handling raw salmon.

4. Place oven rack about 5 to 6 inches from heat; preheat broiler.

5. In a large skillet over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, add salmon, skin side up, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from skillet and place, skin side down, on a rack in a broiler pan that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.

6. Brush tops of salmon with some of the soy mixture and broil until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit as verified with an instant-read food thermometer, about 5 minutes.

7. Brush tops with more soy mixture, top with green onions and serve.
