1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 cup onion, chopped

1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt

1/4 teaspoon Full Circle Market Organic black pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 cups Food Club ketchup

2 tablespoons Food Club tomato paste

1 teaspoon Full Circle Market Organic chili powder

1/2 teaspoon Full Circle Market Organic garlic powder

8 bulky rolls

Step 1: Wash hands with soap and water.

Step 2: Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.

Step 3: In a large pan over medium-high heat, cook beef and onion for 8 minutes or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 160°F as verified with an instant-read food thermometer, stirring to break up large clumps. Wash hands after handling raw beef.

Step 4: Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, tomato paste, chili powder and garlic powder. Simmer, stirring often, for 10 minutes or until thickened. Serve on bulky rolls.
