4 frozen fish fillets, thawed
Full Circle Market sea salt and ground organic black pepper
1/2 cup Food Club all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon Full Circle Market Organic garlic powder
1 tablespoon Full Circle Market Organic cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons Food Club salted butter

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Wash hands with soap and water.
Step 3: Season both sides of fish fillets with salt and pepper; set aside. Wash hands after handling raw fish.
Step 4: In a shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, cumin, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Dredge both sides of fish fillets with flour mixture. Wash hands after handling raw flour and fish.
Step 5: In a large deep skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add fish fillets and cook for 2 minutes per side; transfer fish to a baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
Step 6: Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.as verified with an instant-read food thermometer.
