Pumpkin Bread with Walnuts & Raisins

2 cups Food Club all-purpose flour, sifted
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Food Club baking soda
1 teaspoon Full Circle Market Organic ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Full Circle Market Organic ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon. Food Club salt
1 cup Food Club 100% pumpkin puree
1 cup Big Y sugar
1/2 cup Big Y whole milk
2 large The Farmer’s Hen Free Range Eggs
1/4 cup Food Club salted butter, softened
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup Big Y raisins
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Wash hands with soap and water.
3. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Wash hands with soap and water after handling raw flour.
4. In a separate large bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs. Wash hands with soap and water after handling raw eggs.
5. Add dry ingredients and butter to pumpkin mixture and mix until well blended; fold in walnuts and raisins. Transfer to a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the bread comes out clean.
