Add All Ingredients

2 tsp. Big Y butter

1 cup thinly sliced onions

1-1/2 tsp. Big Y light brown sugar

1/4 tsp. chopped fresh thyme

24 RITZ Crackers

4 oz. smoked Gouda cheese, cut into 24 thin slices

1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce


Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Wash hands with soap and water.

Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water.

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add onions; cook 10 minutes or until tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

Add sugar; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until completely dissolved. Remove skillet from heat and stir in thyme. Set aside.

Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.

Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Top with onions and cranberry sauce to garnish.
