1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add turkey, onion, garlic and bell pepper and cook, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, for 6 minutes or until meat is cooked to an internal temperature of 16 degrees Fahrenheit as verified with an instant-read food thermometer. Wash hands after handling raw turkey. 

4. Add corn, cumin, pepper, beef broth, tomato sauce, salsa, taco seasoning and ketchup. Cook for 6 minutes.

5. Serve on rolls with coleslaw and cheese.
