myBigY FAQ

Did you know that a myBigY account is a digital account that ADDS SAVINGS ON TO YOUR BIG Y CARD?

SIGN UP for a myBigY account to get started!

Not a myBigY member? Here's how to sign up with your card:

1. Visit https://www.bigy.com/rs/account/welcome

2. Click "Create a New Digital Account"

3. Enter your last name and Big Y card number (Find your card number on the back of your card or keytag, or at the top of a recent receipt.

4. Complete the sign up process. When finished, look for "myBigY Offers" under the SAVE menu and load the offer to your card.

Check back each week for more myBigY Offers! Offer must be loaded to your Big Y Silver Savings card on your myBIgY account.
Each offers are for one time use.

myBigY Account Creation:

Q- I do not have a Silver Savings Club® card - How can I get one?
A- Go to our myBigY "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" page and fill out the form online. 

A myBigY digital account will be created at the same time giving you instant access to myBigY Offers, your digital Silver Savings card, digital coupons and more!

Your Silver Savings card will be available immediately through the myBigY smartphone app.

If you'd like a physical card mailed to you, just check the box during the sign up process and one will be sent in about 3 weeks.

Q- I am trying to sign up for myBigY, I have a card - why does it say “We cannot identify your account with this card number.”?
A-The name entered may not match what we have on file:

If your last name has changed since you signed up for your Silver Savings card, we may not have your current last name on your account.

If you registered with your name with a hyphen, an apostrophe, or a suffix (example, Jr or IV)- please be sure to include these for your myBigY account. 

Q- What are the requirements for creating a password?
A- Your password must be 6-12 characters and must contain at least 1 letter and 1 number.

Q- What should my user name be?
A- It must be unique in our system, so first names are not recommended and most likely taken.

Consider using creating a variation of your name or email address.

Combining words together without spaces will help make your name more unique, and increase the chances that you will be able to use it.

myBigY Offers

Q- How do I find myBigY Offers?
A- Log in to myBigY, and look for your name at the top of the screen. Just click on your name for the dashboard link.
Look for the "MYOFFERS" row and you'll see the number of myBigY Offers AVAILABLE and LOADED on your card.
Click on what you'd like to view and your myBigY Offers will be displayed.

or From the "SAVE" menu, click on "MYBIGY OFFERS"

To Load Available Offers, just click the (+) sign on add them to your card. This will load the myBigY Offer to your Silver Savings card and to your current shopping list.

If you received a myBigY Offer code, enter it in the box on the "Load An Offer" block and click the submit button.

When you view your Loaded offers, or your shopping list, your myBigY Offers displayed.
Once the myBig Y Offer is used or expired, it will be removed from your loaded offers and shopping list.

Q- How do I find myBigY Offers on the myBigY App? (Android and iPhone)
A- Log in to myBigY, and follow the instructions on the question above or click the myBigY link on the bottom of the app to begin.

myBigY Account  - username and password

Q- I have a myBigY account and I forgot my password. I click on “forgot password” but I'm not receiving an email.
A- If you have changed your email address since signing up, we may not have it in our system.

Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder, and add the contact name "BigY" with the address "noreply@myrelationshop.com" to your contacts to help ensure delivery. myrelationshop.com is our email provider.

Q- I click on “forgot username” and type in my email address and it isn’t sending anything to me.
A- Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder, and add the contact name "BigY" with the address "noreply@myrelationshop.com" to your contacts to help ensure delivery. myrelationshop.com is our email provider.

Online Circulars

Q- How can I view your current circulars?
A- Select the "SHOP" or "SAVE" menu and select "THIS WEEK'S SALE"

If you have a myBigY account and are logged in, you will automatically go to your preferred location's sale.

If you do not have a myBigY account or are not logged in, you will be brought to the STORE LOCATOR page.
Enter the zip code or city of the STORE LOCATOR will re-order the list with the stores closest to you at the top. Click the "VIEW WEEKLY AD" button for your selected store.

If we have more than one active circular, you will be brought to a page where you can select the ad you'd like to view. Just click on the image of the circular you'd like to view.

Digital Coupons

Q- How can I find digital manufacturer coupons?
A- Log in to myBigY, and look for your name at the top. Just click on your name for the dashboard link.

Look for the "DIGITAL COUPONS" row and you'll see the number of digital coupons AVAILABLE and LOADED on your card.
From the website menus, select “COUPONS” in the "SAVE" pull down menu. then select "DIGITAL COUPONS".

Click on what you'd like to view and your digital coupons will be displayed.

To Load digital coupons, just click the (+) sign on add them to your card. This will load the digital coupon to your Silver Savings card and to your current shopping list.
Please note: digital coupon items added to your shopping list from the circular will not load coupons to your card.

When you view your LOADED digital coupons, or your shopping list, your digital coupons will be displayed.
Once the coupon is used or expired, it will be removed from your loaded coupons and shopping list.

Q- How do I find digital coupons on the BigY App?
A- Log in to myBigY, and follow the instructions on the question above or click the digital coupon link on the bottom of the app to begin.

Q- How do I print my digital coupons?
A- When you load a digital coupon to your card it is automatically added to your current shopping list.

You can create a list just for digital coupons, and change your list before loading digital coupons to your Silver Savings card.

Big Y email Newsletters

Q- How do I sign up for Big Y email newsletters?
A- When you create a myBigY account, you will be presented with Communications preferences: Big Y, Table and Vine, Baby Club or our Fresh Acres newsletters.

Simply check the appropriate box and you will be signed up when you complete your signup.

If you already have an account, go to your dashboard and click the "MANAGE ACCOUNT" button. Click "Edit" next to the "Communications" options to change your preferences.

Q- How do I unsubscribe to the Big Y email newsletters?
A- Log in to your myBigY account, go to your dashboard and click the "MANAGE ACCOUNT" button. Click "Edit" next to the "Communications" options to change your preferences or click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of an email newsletter that you've received.
