Gift Card FAQ

Gift Giving (Paypal Orders):

Q-How do I place a gift card order?

A-Go to https://www.bigy.com/giftcards and if you’re purchasing for another or yourself, select the first bubble, “Order Now!” underneath Gift Giving.

Q-Is there a maximum amount that I can have mailed to me?

A-Yes; we do not ship orders over $1,000. If you would like to purchase more; please go to our Corporate page to place the order to pick up in any of our Supermarket locations.

Q-What is the total for my order?

A-It is listed on your Paypal Receipt.

Q-Did my order go through the website correctly?

A-You will receive a confirmation email from Paypal. If an hour has passed, and you have not received a confirmation email, feel free to call our Customer Service Representative at 1-800-828-2688.

Q-Will I get a phone call/ email when my order is processed?

A-You should receive two emails:

  • One immediately after the order is placed from Paypal that your order was submitted.
  • The second from Big Y (within 4 business days) that your Gift Card is on it’s way.

Q-I did not receive a confirmation email for my order?

A-You should have received an email from service@paypal.com with a subject line of “Your Paypal Receipt” immediately after you placed your order. If you have not received it, first check if it went to SPAM. If you did not receive either, then you may not have finalized your order.

Q-Was my order shipped?

A-You will receive an email that your order was shipped. It should be from “"Big Y" Bigy-noreply@bigy.gorelationshop.com” with a subject of “Your Big Y Gift Card is on its Way!”

Q-How many days until I receive my order?

A-Please allow 4 Business Days for processing plus 7-10 Business Days for shipping pending on USPS delivery times

Q-I'm sending a gift. How will I know my recipient has received my giftcard?

A-You will receive a follow up email that the order has been processed and placed in the mail for shipping. Your recipient will also receive an email that a gift is on it's way.

Fundraising or Corporate Orders

Q-How do I place a gift card order?

A-Go to https://www.bigy.com/giftcards and if you’re purchasing for a fundraiser or a Corporate event then select the 2nd or 3rd bubble.

Q-Did my order go through the website correctly?

A-You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. If an hour has passed, and you have not received a confirmation email, feel free to call our Customer Service Representative at 1-800-828-2688.

Q-Will I receive a confirmation email for my order?

A-Yes. You should receive an email immediately from noreply@myrelationshop.com with a subject of “Gift Card Order”. If an hour has passed, and you have not received a confirmation email, feel free to call our Customer Service Representative at 1-800-828-2688.

Q-What is the total for my order?

A-View the confirmation email and the details of your order will be listed.

Q-When can I expect my order to be picked up?

A-Your order should be at the location chosen 4 business days after you placed your order. We advise to call the location first to ensure your order has arrived.

Q-Will I get a phone call/ email when my order is processed or ready for pickup?

A-No. You will only receive a confirmation email that we have received your order. Please allow 4 business days from the date the order was placed to pick up your order in Supermarket location chosen. We advise to call the location first to ensure your order has arrived.

Q-How do I pickup the order at the store?

A-Go to the Customer Service desk for all pick ups.
