Vick's Children's Botantical and Pure Zzz's Liquid Melatonin Market Withdrawal

The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) is recalling all lots and date codes of Vicks Children’s Botanical and PURE Zzzs liquid melatonin products due to a regulatory classification issue. It is important to note, the affected Vicks Children’s Botanical and PURE Zzzs liquid melatonin products are safe and meet P&G’s quality standards. No other Vicks, ZzzQuil or PURE Zzzs products are impacted by this recall and may continue to be purchased and used as directed.

Following a routine FDA audit of P&G’s Personal Health Care dietary supplements, a discrepancy was discovered in the regulatory pathway these 2 product lines require. As a result, P&G is voluntarily withdrawing the applicable products while they follow the necessary procedures for regulatory compliance.

If you have any of the products listed below, they should be thrown away or returned to your local Big Y for a full refund.
