Quaker Simply Granola Oats Honey & Almonds Cereal Recall
February 07, 2024
Information
The Quaker Oats Company is recalling 24.1-ounce packages of Quaker Simply Granola Oats, Honey and Almond Cereal due to a minor labeling issue. Unfortunately, this product was labeled with a Best Buy Date of July 2024 that inaccurately indicates it is part of Quaker’s recent product recall that was issued on 12-15-2023.
This current product, which began shipping to stores at the end of January, was manufactured at a different facility that was unaffected by the previous recall. This current product does not pose any food safety concern. However, to avoid confusion, the company is removing the product from sale.
Upon returning the product to your local Big Y or with the proof of purchase (if the product was discarded), you will receive a full refund.
The following products are sold at Big Y:
Product Name | UPC | Size | Lot Code |
Quaker Simply Granola Oats Honey & Almonds Cereal | 3000057242 | 24.1oz | July 2024 |
Consumers with any product noted below can contact Quaker Consumer Relations (9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST, Mon.-Fri.) at 1-800-492-9322.
