Did you know you can make meatloaf ahead of time? Instead of one, make two at a time and freeze one. Then, just pop your uncooked frozen meatloaf in a cold oven and turn it on. Cook for about 15 minutes longer than what the recipe calls for. It thaws while the oven is preheating—it’s that easy!
