Before our time, there was only one way to get that chocolatey lift. Today, we can find many options in the aisles of Big Y. Dark chocolate is high in cocoa with positive health benefits. White chocolate has no cocoa, but it's richer and creamier and it's frequently used in desserts and baking. Milk chocolate is softer and melts more easily because of the added dairy. These are just a few of the many forms this decadent confection can take.
