Fresh Ground Beef Patties Withdrawl

Information

Topco is notifying customers that some purchased packages of 85% fresh ground beef patties may have inadvertently been labeled as 93% ground beef patties on the back of the package, causing them to scan at the incorrect price.  The front of the package and the product inside are both 85% fresh ground beef patties, only the back label (where the UPC code is) is incorrect so it would scan as 93% fresh ground beef patties at the register and would read 93% fresh ground beef patties on the register receipt instead of 85% fresh ground beef patties.

Consumers who have purchased any of this product may come in to the place of purchase and get a refund for up to one full package (if more than one was purchased) in accordance with our scan accuracy policy.  All additional packages will be entitled to a $1.00 refund (original cost of 85% fresh ground beef patties is $7.99).
