Concord Foods, LLC of Brockton, Massachusetts is recalling Concord Fresh Success Mild Salsa Seasoning Mix because it may contain undeclared milk allergen. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk allergen run the risk of serious or life threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
The affected product contains a best by date code of 071121. The best by code date is embossed on the right-side panel, bottom. No other Concord Fresh Success products, varieties or best by dates are affected by this recall.
Concord Fresh Success Mild Salsa Seasoning Mix was distributed nationally through retail stores.
No consumer complaints or illnesses have been reported to date.
The recall was initiated after the company discovered that product containing the milk allergen was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of the milk allergen.
If you have any of the products listed below, they should be thrown away or returned to your local Big Y for a full refund.
