February 17, 2020

Information

CJ Foods, Inc., a division of CJ America, Inc., of La Palma, CA, is recalling Annie Chun Japanese-Style Teriyaki Noodle Bowls because it may contain undeclared peanuts. Use of this product may cause serious allergic reaction or illness in people who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanut.

The noodle bowls were distributed across the United States and reached consumers through retail stores and online order.

Annie Chun Japanese-Style Teriyaki Noodle Bowl comes in an opaque white plastic bowl with paper sleeves.  The recall was initiated because the company discovered some bowls that were packaged in outer sleeves indicating Teriyaki Noodle Bowls contain Pad Thai noodle, which contains peanuts that are not listed on the ingredient list or allergen information.

If you have any of the products listed below, they should be thrown away or returned to your local Big Y for a full refund.
