Thanks to our Weekend Warriors
(February 15, 2023) Despite last weekend’s sub-freezing temperatures, wild winds, refrigeration woes, and power outages, our culture of caring stayed strong. Our teams from Facilities Management and the Stores, to the Distribution Center & Merchandiser trainers, as well as Operations, Asset Protection, Marketing, Food Safety & Risk Management, they all showed their devotion and dedication to our store teams, our customers and each other. They wholeheartedly exemplified our caring culture despite their lack of sleep and exhaustion which did not go unnoticed. We greatly appreciate their valiant efforts as we endured every issue that arose throughout the course of this weather event.
We are humbled and blessed to be a part of this Big Y family.
Thanks,
Michael and Charlie
