Introducing myBigY Rewards™: A New Way to Save with Big Y

SPRINGFIELD, MA – (September 20, 2023) Big Y launched their groundbreaking myBigY Rewards program on September 18th. This innovative loyalty initiative will transform the way shoppers save, offering them unparalleled flexibility and choice.

With myBigY Rewards, shoppers can earn valuable points on every purchase* when shopping at any Big Y Supermarket location or Big Y Express Fresh Market.

Here’s how it works: for every* dollar spent at Big Y, shoppers will earn 1 myRewards point, which is automatically loaded into their myBigY account. Accumulated points can then be redeemed for these compelling rewards:

Grocery Savings: Shoppers can convert their points into tangible savings on their grocery bills. For every 100 points, they will receive $1 off their groceries, up to a maximum savings of $20 per transaction.

Fuel Savings: Shoppers can convert their points into a morfuel-saving opportunity. They can enjoy a substantial discount of 10¢ per gallon on gas, in addition to the existing 5¢ per gallon discount, resulting in a maximum savings of $1.50 per gallon (up to 25 gallons per fill-up).

Free Products: Shoppers can earn free products based on accumulated points. These exclusive items can be loaded into the shopper's account and redeemed at their convenience.

As part of the myBigY Rewards program, shoppers manage their points through their myBigY account. It's simple, convenient and tailored to fit individual preferences, allowing shoppers to track their points balance and select their preferred rewards with ease.

According to Sarah Steven, Big Y vice president of marketing, "We are continuously exploring new ways to bring value to our shoppers through personalized offers, digital coupons and weekly sales.
