General Refund Policy

• All merchandise* is sold with 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
• If not completely satisfied, return product* with receipt for a full refund.
  Without a receipt, we will gladly refund the lowest selling price from the past six months.
• Any return greater than $5.00 will require approval of Manager in Charge.
• Our Big Y Refund Policy is also posted at each store's Courtesy Booth.

*Please note; There will be no returns, refunds or exchanges on infant formula.

Advertising Policies

• Artwork is for display purposes only and does not necessarily reflect the items on sale.
• Not responsible for typographical errors.
• In fairness to our customers, we reserve the right to limit sales of any item offered for sale.
• Not available in case lots or to other dealers or wholesalers.
• Some items in the flyer not available in all stores.

General Privacy Policy

At Big Y, we understand your concern for privacy. As part of our effort to serve you better, we may gather relevant information which will only be used for internal company purposes. We may also send you, from time to time, information on upcoming events, special promotions, or free product samples. However, Big Y will not sell or rent any personally identifiable information to anyone else, including advertisers and direct mail companies or telemarketers.

INAPPROPRIATE OR ILLEGAL MATERIAL

Any posts with profanities, racist, sexist, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or pornographic content in them will be deleted. Any posts which contain illegal material will also be deleted. Any posts with a link directing users to any information or content that, if posted on the wall, would constitute a violation of the Guidelines or Conditions of Use will be deleted.
