1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine wine, cranberry juice, orange zest, orange slices, cranberries, cloves, cinnamon sticks, rosemary and star anise. Gently warm for 25 minutes; avoid boiling.
4. When ready to serve, remove from heat, strain into a serving bowl and stir in rum. Serve in mugs garnished with additional rosemary sprigs, cranberries and cinnamon sticks.
