1. Wash hands with soap and water.2. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese and marshmallow crème until thoroughly combined. Gently fold in orange zest and juice and whipped topping.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
