1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a cocktail shaker, muddle watermelon, mint leaves and lime juice. Stir in rum and shake.
4. Fill a rocks glass with ice and add watermelon mixture.
5. Top with soda; garnish with a mint sprig and a watermelon slice and enjoy.
