Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. In a 32-oz. Mason jar, combine watermelon and mint; muddle together if desired. Add water, stir, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for more intense flavor. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days.
Tip: Muddling, or mashing the ingredients together, will maximize the flavor by drawing out the essential oils found in the fruit and herbs. Skip this step if you prefer subtle tastes.
