Warm Lavender Spiced Milk

Recipe by:




1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Heat milk, cinnamon sticks and tea in a small saucepan over medium heat to just under a boil, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.

3. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract and heat for an additional minute.

4. Remove tea bag and cinnamon sticks before serving. Sprinkle with a dash of ground cinnamon, if desired and enjoy while warm.
