Eating Smart Tip: To toast pecans, place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until fragrant, about 5 minutes.

Recipe by:




1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Add lettuce to a medium-sized bowl. Place cottage cheese, beans, apple, grapes, celery and pecans on lettuce in sections around the outer edges of bowl.

4. Drizzle salad with honey and sprinkle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
