Cooking Time: Cook 33 Minutes
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a large soup pot over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add onion, garlic, carrots and celery; stir and cook for 5 minutes. Add Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste; cook for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and broth and bring to a low boil.
4. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add beans and salt and pepper to taste and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Serve soup topped with parsley.
