Turkey Waldorf Salad
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a large bowl, combine turkey, apples, celery and pecans.
4. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard and sugar. Stir into turkey mixture; season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Spoon salad onto lettuce-lined plates and sprinkle with additional chopped pecans, if desired.
