Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray; set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, milk, caramel syrup, egg whites, egg, melted butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix well. Wash hands with soap and water after handling eggs.
4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean; let cool.
5. In a large bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together cream cheese, cream and remaining vanilla until smooth. Beat in powdered sugar, ½ cup at a time, until smooth. Frost the top of the cooled cake and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
