Easy to make. This bright colorful dish is the perfect addition to any meal.
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes and onion. Drizzle with vinegar and season with salt and pepper; toss to coat well. Add olive oil and toss to coat.
4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
5. Serve garnished with pine nuts and basil leaves.
