Tomato, Basil and Cream Cheese Sandwiches

Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a large bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed, combine butter and cream cheese. Add cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder and pepper to taste; mix well. Place in a medium bowl, cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

4. Using a toast or grill pan, toast bread slices.

5. Spread some cheese mixture on each of the bread slices and top with tomato halves and a few basil leaves. Refrigerate any remaining cream cheese spread.
