Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse all fresh produce under cold running water and pat dry.
3. Place beef in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to coat well. Reserve remaining marinade for brushing and wash hands after handling raw meat.
4. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove beef from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Alternately thread beef, onions, zucchini and tomatoes onto skewers. Again, wash hands after handling raw meat.
5. Grill kabobs over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until steak is desired doneness, reaching 145 degrees Fahrenheit with an instant-read food thermometer for medium doneness, and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade.
