Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed Ranch Dressing
DirectionsNote: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, buttermilk, mayonnaise, water, lemon juice, parsley, dill, poppy seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt and pepper to taste; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
2. In a large serving bowl, add spinach; top with broccoli, avocado, blueberries, cherries and feta cheese.
3. Serve with dressing.
