Spicy Avocado Belvita "Toasts"
Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water.
3. Cut avocado in half length-wise around the large seed in the center. Rotate avocado a quarter turn and cut length-wise, again, around the seed to make 4 individual segments. Starting from the tip, carefully peel each segment and discard peel. Mash sections, reserving 2 tablespoons for recipe.
4. Spread biscuits with avocado.
5. Top with cheese and strawberries.
6. Drizzle with honey.
