Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.
3. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine water, sugar, lemon zest and orange zest; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes or until sugar dissolves; Remove from heat and let sit for 30 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
4. Transfer to a pitcher and stir in fruit juices; refrigerate for 2 hours or until well chilled.
5. Just before serving, stir in the sparkling water. Serve over ice, garnished with orange and grapefruit slices.
