Note: Wash hands with soap and water.1. Core apples and cut into big chunks.
2. Place cut apples in slow cooker and add cider and cinnamon.
3. Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours or until applesauce reaches preferred texture.
4. Discard cinnamon sticks and if desired, mash to a smoother consistency with fork or potato masher.
