Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.2. Wash hands with soap and water. Rinse garlic under cold running water and pat dry before mincing.
3. Place frozen vegetables in a shallow pan. Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer.
4. Roast for 20 minutes or until desired browning has occurred. Stir once halfway through. Remove from oven and place in a serving dish.
5. Place remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and stir well. Cook on medium low until glaze begins to thicken and adheres to the back of a spoon.
6. Remove from heat and drizzle glaze over vegetables.
