Try this Brazilian Codfish Stew with your Rice Pilaf

Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Warm medium saucepan over medium heat and add canola oil.

3. Add rice and toast for 1 to 2 minutes, being careful not to brown.

4. Stir rice and add chicken broth. 4. Bring just to a simmer, cover with aluminum foil and cook on low for 17 minutes or until rice is tender and all liquid has been absorbed. Serve with Moqueca.
