1: Wash hands with soap and water.
2: Rinse all produce under cold running water.
3: Heat canola oil over medium heat.
4: Add red curry paste.
5: Cook 1 minute or until fragrant.
6: Add shiitake mushrooms, garlic cloves and fresh ginger.
7: Cook 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
8: Add unsweetened coconut milk, soy sauce and lime juice.
9: Heat to a boil, scraping browned bits from bottom of skillet.
10: Add baby corn and broccoli.
11: Cook 3 minutes or until broccoli is heated through.
12: Add It's Skinny Pasta Spaghetti.
13: Cook 3 minutes or until spaghetti is heated through.
14: Remove from heat.
15: Add cilantro and lime zest.
16: Add sriracha chili sauce and garnish with more cilantro, if desired.
