Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice and mint and set aside.
4. In an extra-large bowl, combine all the fruit. Pour honey mixture over top and toss to coat well.
5. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
