DirectionsNote: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin purée, condensed milk, eggs and pie spice; mix well.
3. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and continue to bake for 35 minutes. Turn off heat and let pie sit in oven for 5 minutes; transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely.
