1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Wash hands with soap and water.
3. Arrange Hot Pockets in 8.5 x 11-inch baking dish and spread with enchilada sauce. Top with chiles, black beans and cheese. Bake 28 minutes or until internal temperature of Hot Pockets reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. Serve enchiladas topped with sour cream, green onions and cilantro.
